How we handle the details you send us through the contact form or by email.
Controller
The data controller is AIntegrate. For anything about your personal data, contact us at info@aintegrate.eu.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, company name (if you give it), email or phone number and your message. With each submission we also store the time and IP address so we can stop abuse of the form.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details only to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for no longer than 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, the contract and legal obligations govern how long we keep data after that.
Who can see it
Besides us, only the service providers we need to run the website and email: the provider of the server the site runs on, Resend, which sends the form message, ImprovMX, which forwards our email, and Apple iCloud, where we read it. Some of these providers have servers in the USA. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tracking. The server keeps technical access logs (including IP addresses) for security and deletes them after a limited period.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Email info@aintegrate.eu. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
